La Vie Fyt brings accountability into my life and allows me to feel like I am a part of something bigger. My greatest motivator is Yvette and her team checking in with me every week. Showing up for them, helps me show up for myself.

I had a major health scare and needed assistance to get my focus on my health and still maintain my responsibilities to my family and to leading my company. I was recommended to talk and meet with Yvette Poole and what an amazing difference she has been in my life. After three months, I have a team of health and fitness experts that Yvette has resourced and coordinated for me. They understand my health issues, my physical and fitness restrictions and goals and how to work with my busy schedule. Health has become an important part of who I am and making it work in a positive way.

I am in better health today than I was 30 years ago. I continually get compliments about how I look so much younger than my age. When people ask how I do it, I reply it is a lifestyle that Yvette has created, and I simply follow. If you just do what she says it works!

Hi Yvette. I fought this whole Paleo thing so hard, but I am over the moon excited and motivated now. I am down 8 pounds. I can see and feel the difference. I have sore core and back muscles from my training yesterday, but a good sore! I can’t thank you enough for pushing me to do this and educating me on how to do this!!!! You are fantastic. I have been singing your praises to all my friends.

As I think about what I want to do this weekend, I’m trying to think of active fun stuff – pickleball, sailing, hiking, yoga, etc. … that was never who I was before I met you. Slowly but surely, your influence has changed my habits and what I like to do. I feel healthier for it and will be forever grateful.

Having a body therapist track my measurements helped me stay focused on my results! Over 36 days I lost 8 actual pounds, lost body fat and gained muscle. My 56.89 lbs of body fat mass went down to 43.7 lbs of body fat mass in that time. I went from 155.5 lbs of lean body mass to 160 lbs of lean body mass. Wow! I keep getting compliments and am more fit at 70 than I’ve been in my entire lifetime!

I had my personal best yesterday! I burned 982 calories, over my 660-calorie goal. I excised for 137 minutes instead of 30 minutes, playing pickleball, walking and weight training. Overall, I took 11,493 steps, totaling 5.55 miles. It’s so motivating seeing everyone’s progress in my La Vie Fyt team sharing, and I love the accountability – thank you!
